In the police station lobby, go upstairs and to the first room. Inspect the birthday card on the corkboard, then leave the room. Continue along the walkway to the third room and go inside. Inspect the calendar on the wall and go back downstairs to enter Travis' office. Once there, interact with the computer to get this clue.
