22:30[]
This section only plays out if Jacob is alive.
Emma is alive[]
Jacob is going through the woods back to the boathouse to try and find Emma. As he nears the boardwalk, he begins to hear a ghostly voice. The voice once again calls out to him, and when he turns around, he finds Emma and he gets startled by her.
Jacob will then have the option to respond in either a delighted or startled way. Both options will inevitably lead to Emma punching Jacob and telling him that he left her back at the island. Jacob then tells Emma that he heard screaming in the woods and he took off to investigate. The two of them will then discuss about what attacked Emma back on the island. During the conversation, Jacob will remark about the blood on his face if he didn't throw dirt at Bobby during Chapter 3.
Emma will then tell Jacob to be quiet as she hears a noise close by. They will then start running back toward the boardwalk to try and escape. Once they are halfway across, a werewolf will appear before them.
A dodge QTE will then appear on screen.
- Succeeding the QTE will cause Emma to fall off the boardwalk, but she will survive. Jacob will then continue running from the werewolf.
Jacob will then have to choose on whether to run or hide from the werewolf.
- If he decides to run, a mash QTE must be completed to escape the werewolf.
- Succeeding it will allow Jacob to escape from the werewolf unscathed
- Failing it causes Jacob to be infected and the werewolf will then leave
- If he decides to hide, a Don't Breath segment will occur as he hides in the bushes.
- Succeeding allows Jacob to get away in the same instance as if he chose to run
- Failing it will cause the werewolf to spot him and bite him
- If Jacob has werewolf blood on his face, the werewolf will leave him alone, uninfected
Regardless if he hid or ran, he will be in an area of where there is many bear traps laid out. Jacob will get caught in one of the traps. He will then have to make a decision to Pull Free or Pry Open the bear trap.
- If he decides to Pull Free, he will then trip going head first towards another trap leading to a QTE
- Succeeding the QTE will prevent him from going into the trap
- Failing the QTE leads to Jacob's head being completely crushed by the bear trap, killing him
- However, if Jacob was infected, he will survive this.
- If he decides to Pry Open, he will try and attempt pry off the trap but will not be successful
If Jacob is still alive at this point, Jedediah will knock him unconscious. If Jacob was infected and had his head crushed in the bear trap, Jedediah will simply walk up to Jacob and say "What doesn't kill you...". Regardless, the section will conclude.

23:00[]
This section of the chapter goes back to the group of Dylan, Nick, Abigail, Ryan and Kaitlyn, as they are still pondering over the dead body in the pool. Kaitlyn then wonders if she was one of the hunters in the woods and Ryan will claim that the girl was not. Then, Kaitlyn can respond in a Compassionate or Rational manner.
- Compassionate: She will ask Ryan if he is feeling okay. He will then respond that he didn't know who the other girl that was in the pool area earlier.
- Rational: She will ask Ryan what they should do about the dead body that is in the pool. The group doesn't say anything after.
Ryan then discovers that Chris Hackett's daughter, Kaylee Hackett, is in the pool. One of the Hackett's that left the camp along with her brother, Caleb. Suddenly, Nick starts acting strange with Abi, pulling her closer and commenting on how she smells. Kaitlyn will then get an option to intervene.
- If Kaitlyn does decide to intervene, Nick will snap at her.
Eventually, Abi will push Nick into the water and he will give a violent, painful reaction upon making contact with it. Kaitlyn gets presented with a choice of Comforting Abi or Helping Nick.
- If she decides to Help Nick, she will come to his aid right away and get him out of the pool.
- If Kaitlyn decides to Comfort Abi, Nick will swim to the edge and Ryan will help him out.
The choice is largely inconsequential, as Nick will come out of the water regardless of the choice that is made. Abi will then make a comment about how Nick's body is really cold after coming out of the pool. The group then after decides to take him inside to the pool house to help him warm up in the building.
23:33[]
Once the group make their way inside, Abi will get the chance to explore the Pool House. Sometime after, she will return to Nick over by the heater. Kaitlyn, Dylan and Ryan will then speculate what's wrong with Nick. Moments later, Nick will then ask Abi if she likes him. Abi will then get a dialogue choice.
- Calm: She will state that she enjoyed the time she spent with him during the Summer. Nick will not buy it getting furious with Abi. She will then get a second prompt to respond in a Compassionate or Apprehensive way.
- Aggressive: She will snap at Nick, and in return, he will say bad things to her becoming more agitated.
Nick will then eventually become very livid to the point that he grabs Abi by her arm and throws her across the room. Abi will then grab the shotgun and will get a choice as to shoot Nick or not.
- If she does shoot Nick, he will be knocked back to the ground by the blast and Abi will survive the encounter.
- If she does not shoot Nick, he will charge across the room and decapitate her head right off.
Regardless, Nick will then transform into a Werewolf, much to the group's horror and will leap out the open window, escaping into the woods.
23:52[]
This section only plays out if Emma is alive.
Emma returns to the firepit, but finds it empty. Wondering where everyone went, she decides to head back to the lodge after deducing the rest of the counselors have most likely returned there since there are monsters everywhere and it's raining.
As she goes through the forest, she sees Bobby and Jed with werewolf Nick. who has been caught in a snare trap. Jed urges Bobby to cut down Nick, while the vision of another werewolf is seen noticing Emma. The trapped werewolf is suddenly released, and Emma is presented with an interrupt prompt to run.
- If she does not complete it, she continues hiding and listens as Jed irritably curses the counselors for not staying indoors whilst they drag the werewolf. Emma is then grabbed by Jed, who asks Bobby to give him a tranquilizer for her. After Bobby asks if she was bit, Jed looks and replies in the negative. Emma then kicks Jed and runs away while the hunters shoot at another werewolf
- If she completes it, she begins running, but is spotted and attacked by the stalking werewolf.
- If she didn't take the fireworks in Chapter 2, she will be bitten and infected by the werewolf, though a gunshot will scare the werewolf away before it can kill her.
- If she took the fireworks in Chapter 2, she can complete a QTE to fire them at the werewolf.
- Succeeding it results in the werewolf being scared off and she remains uninfected.
- Failing it gives the same result as if she didn't have fireworks.
Emma returns to the lodge, but finds it empty. She then hides in the minivan.
00:00[]
The gang in the Pool House is still in shock over what they saw with Nick. If Abi is alive, she will claim that she killed him. To which then Ryan will get a dialogue choice.
- Anxious: He will ponder as to what is going on, claiming who they dealt with was not Nick.
- Reassuring: He will tell Abi that she did what she had to do and that she should not feel guilty about it.
Before the group can speculate even further, somebody then knocks on the door asking where Chris Hackett is. Ryan will get another choice to respond.
- Suspicious: He will ask the person who they are.
- Afraid: He will tell the person to go away.
The person's name is revealed to be Laura Kearney. One of the counselors that never showed up for Summer camp along with Max Brinly. Upon remembering her name, Dylan will then suggest that the group should talk to her. Ryan will get a choice.
- Interested: He will tell Dylan that he is going to open the door.
- Suspicious: He will tell Dylan that he doesn't trust her. Dylan will open the door instead.
Regardless of the option picked, Laura will be allowed inside the Pool House.
