The Charred Sheriff's Badge is a clue in the Freakshow Fire clue collection. It can be found by Laura in the Sheriff's Office during Chapter 7 of The Quarry.

In the main lobby of the police station, walk up the stairs and enter the second set of doors on the left. Once inside the room, turn right and the badge will be sitting on a cardboard box.
