The Claw Marks are a piece of evidence in The Quarry. It can be found by Dylan near the Radio Hut during Chapter 5.

Before entering the radio hut as Dylan, inspect the claw marks on the wall to the left of the door.
Bizarre Yet Bonafide[]
If the Claw Marks were found, Grace and Anton discuss it in their episode of the Bizarre Yet Bonafide podcast during the Epilogue.
If all pieces of evidence were found, the Claw Marks will be the ninth piece discussed, following the Attack Photo and preceding the Scarred Flesh. Anton thinks the marks can easily be fabricated or a prank, and Grace thinks the marks are not much to go on, but still worthy to discuss.
Grace: Okay, but you know what? I have something that couldn't be fabricated!
Anton: Claw marks in a wall. I- I could make this right now. Just freaking- find me a wall, I'll take a fork and just go to town.
Grace: Wow, what an artisan!
Anton: Thanks!
Grace: Well, to me, this isn't actually overtly supernatural, because it could've just been... you know an animal or someone's angry parrot but it'd be unfair not to discuss.
Anton: Why?
Grace: Because the audience has come to expect a certain length of the podcast so we actually have to sometimes do a little bit of filler.
Anton: Yeah that's true, we don't have much to talk about.
Grace: Well, whoever did reach out thought it was worth sharing.
Anton: There's a chance this is all just a prank, you know?
Grace: 'It was just a prank, Anton!
Anton: Who even are you? It's probably just some teenager who's making fun of you. It's probably that dude who came on and gave us a one star review.
Grace: I would love to tell you that that's implausible, but a teenager making fun of me is probably the most familiar experience of my life.
