The Rum Still is a clue in the Hackett History clue collection. It can be found by Ryan in the Hackett House during Chapter 8 of The Quarry.

After Laura and Ryan enter the rum cellar, walk into the room adjacent from the doorway and you will find the rum still against the left wall.
